Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of inquiry. A confirmation email with your tour itinerary will be sent within 24 hours of receiving payment.

• A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining 70% balance is due 14 days before the tour start date.
• For bookings made within 14 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Bank Transfer (SWIFT/IBAN)
• PayPal
• Credit / Debit Card (Stripe)
• Cash on arrival (for pre-approved bookings only)
• WhatsApp Pay (for Morocco-based clients)

4. Modifications to Bookings

We will do our best to accommodate date changes or itinerary modifications, subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance. A modification fee may apply.

5. Cancellation by Sunlight Morocco Travel

In rare circumstances (extreme weather, political unrest, force majeure), we reserve the right to cancel a tour. In such cases:

• We will notify you as soon as possible.
• A full refund will be issued, or we will offer an alternative tour date at no extra charge.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions. Sunlight Morocco Travel is not responsible for costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. What's Included & Excluded

• Licensed guide services
• Hotel/riad accommodation (as specified)
• All entrance fees mentioned in the itinerary

• International flights
• Personal travel insurance
• Meals unless specified
• Tips and gratuities
• Personal expenses
